1. Service
Listing of the business on CompanyPages.eu with company name, address, website, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, findable via the domain search on the home page.
2. Price
The entry costs 99.00 € net for a term of 12 months, plus VAT at the statutory rate. For businesses with a valid VAT identification number from another EU Member State, the reverse-charge procedure applies (Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive): the invoice is issued without VAT, and the tax is payable by the recipient of the service.
3. Invoice and due date
The invoice is sent by e-mail after activation of the entry. The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction by bank transfer to the account stated on the invoice.
4. Term
The term begins on activation of the entry and ends automatically after 12 months. Renewal takes place only on express order; there is no automatic renewal.
5. Late payment
In the event of late payment, we are entitled to deactivate the entry until payment is received and to charge default interest at the statutory rate as well as a flat-rate reminder fee of €40 (Section 288(5) of the German Civil Code, BGB).
6. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when you submit your verified data using the “Submit” button and we activate the entry. Activation constitutes the order confirmation. Our General Terms and Conditions apply in addition.
